Return & Shipping Policy

This return policy outlines our procedures, terms & conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds for both physical and digital products. Please review this document carefully so we can ensure a smooth, transparent and hassle-free experience.
Section 1 - General Return Eligibility
Physical Products
We ONLY accept returns for damaged physical products, including fitness equipment or accessories. If your product is damaged, you can only initiate the return under these following conditions:
- Return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- Return request is submitted with 3 pictures of the damaged item
- Item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging
- Item is NOT a clearance, Black Friday or final sale product
Digital Products
Due to the nature of our digital products, including eBooks, planners & guides, workout plans and online courses, we can NOT accept returns or refunds once the product has been delivered, accessed and/or downloaded. Exceptions may apply in cases of technical issues or errors within the digital file.
Section 2 - Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds unless declared damaged or defective:
- Gift Cards
- Delivered, Downloaded or Accessed Digital Products
- Customized Items or Plans (i.e. workout and/or nutrition plans)
- Items Marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the Time of Purchase
- Black Friday Bundles & Offers
Section 3 - Refund Process
Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (i.e. wrong or defective item).
Digital Products
IF your digital product was damaged due to technical issues or errors, you can ONLY request a refund under following these conditions:
- submit 3 pictures of the damaged item
- submit damaged product link
- submit a detailed message explaining the problems that arose with the damaged product
- submit your request, along with the required criteria above, by sending an email to support@sculptingbodies.com within 10 days of purchase
Eligibility for refund will be dependent on the issue described and if the product had been previously accessed or downloaded.
Section 4 - Exchange Policy
We ONLY offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you’re wanting to do an exchange and have already submitted your refund request, please contact us at support@sculptingbodies.com within 10 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange. Replacement items will be shipped after we receive the damaged or defective product. Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of inspection approval.
Section 5 - Steps to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email support@sculptingbodies.com within 10 days of purchase with the following details:
- Order Number
- Detailed Message With Reason for Return
- Minimum of 3 Pictures of the Damaged or Defective item
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except when returned due to our error customer should use a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number for faster processing.
Customer will receive shipping address via email once return is approved.
Section 6 - Warranty Claims
Even though Sculpting Bodies doesn’t place warranties on their products, some physical products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If needed, please contact us for warranty claim assistance so we can get in contact with the manufacturers.
Section 7 - Order Cancellations
Physical Products - orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase IF the item has not been packaged & shipped yet
Digital Products - orders are not eligible for cancellation once the product has been delivered, accessed OR downloaded.

Section 9 - Modifications to This Policy
Sculpting Bodies reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, so we encourage customers to review this policy periodically.
